What do people make of the new emergency number then? Personally I feel that it will free up the emergency services to attend the more serious issues quicker. However, should it cost 15p to dial? I know it is only 15p, but say for example you have no credit on your mobile, then what do you do? I believe it should be free to dial - how about you?
