Read an article the other day by some woman who explained that her grandson was refused entry onto a bus he needed to catch for work because he was 10p short. He even promised the driver that he would get the 10p when he got off at Newmarket bus station to change for another bus to Cambridge. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Surely it is a little harsh isn't it?
