The Newmarket Journal reported that Newmarket Bus Station is to become the latest facility to fall victim of the budget cuts at Suffolk County Council.
The bus station was due for some improvement work, but that has now been put on hold for the forseeable future following the 25% drop in the council's budget funds.
On a personal level I feel that the bus station is in desperate need of some improvement work, it is one of the poorest in the county.
